Living Scenarios
Here we convert your input into one or more plans. The living scenarios we present to you are then to be refined together — always with a careful eye on the financial implications.
Choices
To arrive at a definitive plan, this phase is all about making choices and taking decisions. Once the key decisions have been made, we get started with the preparations for execution.
Realization
Time to turn your chosen living scenario into tangible reality. This is a highly operational and practical phase that many people find quite daunting. Rest assured — this is what we do best.
Delivery
With the finishing touches in place, we’re approaching the end of an intensive journey. But this ending marks a wonderful new beginning — a living situation that truly fits this chapter of your life. Enjoy your new home!

Services
To achieve the best possible result, we strongly prefer to go through all the steps together. In consultation, we can tailor the step-by-step plan to your personal situation. You’re also free to let us know if there are any parties you’d prefer to work with — or avoid. All of this will be discussed in step 2.
The administrative process follows in line with the 6 steps. To keep a close eye on progress, we take care of all the administration. This allows us to make adjustments where and when needed, keeping errors to an absolute minimum.
Cost Estimate
We work for you. Drawing on our experience, we ensure an efficient process with fewer mistakes. Our fees depend on the time required. When we go through all the steps together with you, this typically amounts to roughly 7 to 10% of the total project cost. In return, we realize financial benefits such as discounts, smarter choices and better pricing agreements — all of which go directly to you.
In this way, our fees largely — or even fully — pay for themselves.

If you can turn your passion into your profession, you’re truly fortunate. As the founder, I take great pleasure in shaping enclusief together with a talented group of specialists from a wide range of disciplines.
It all started in 2006, when I renovated and rented out my first investment property. Over the years, this grew — initially on my own account, and later for others as well. For several years now, I’ve been doing this and enjoy every moment of it, drawing on my creativity, analytical thinking, coaching skills, service mindset and architectural insight to the full. These qualities help me develop concepts that genuinely resonate with people — something I’m quite proud of.
